Meeting You Where You're At
Welcome to Two Minds Therapy, based on the DBT principle that we are all doing the best we can, and also have space for improvement. My goal is to understand where you are at in life, your strengths and struggles, as well as your values and goals. Then, through the use of CBT, DBT, and Schema Therapy, we work to align your behaviors with these values and goals. Through previous experience in corrections and inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization treatment centers, I have a record of proven success with even the most challenging cases. I look forward to meeting with you, hearing your story, and working together to overcome any challenges you may be facing.
